SAP - Connect Keynote

On SAP’s Connect keynote film, I set out to prove that generative tools can uplift human talent and filmmaking craft rather than replace it.

Human authorship is what separates slop from substance. I built a hybrid-filmmaking approach that transported a dozen principal actors around the world at a visual fidelity that rivals multi-million-dollar VFX budgets. We shot talent live in a Hollywood studio, I directed the creation of fully realized virtual locations with their own lighting and background action, and I led a team of artists to bring it all together using ComfyUI and Magnific’s generative video suite. The performances that drive the story are untouched, only transferred into spaces that give them context and depth.

As these tools rewrite the creative playbook, using them responsibly matters more than ever. For me, that meant real actors, a full crew and AI working in service of their craft, not in place of it.
